Colleges and universities are changing. Online courses. 24-hour exams. Project-based learning. The increasingly self-paced nature of education leaves some talented students struggling for structure and organization.

In my coaching, I help students synthesize syllabi from multiple classes, create a manageable and productive weekly schedule, prioritize assignments and exams during the crunch periods, and take advantage of “down time” to restore and prepare.

I also help my clients observe patterns in their behaviors to build up the helpful habits and learn how to work around some of the less helpful ones. I help folks see their talents and use their strengths to break through any barriers that may seem overwhelming at times.
