Colleges and universities are changing. Online courses. 24-hour exams. Project-based learning. The increasingly self-paced nature of education leaves some talented students struggling for structure and organization. Academic strategy sessions can help.
In my coaching, I help students organize assignments from multiple classes, create a manageable and productive weekly schedule, prioritize tasks and exams during the crunch periods, and take advantage of “down time” to restore and prepare.
I also help my clients observe patterns in their behaviors to build up the helpful academic habits and learn how to strategize to mitigate the less helpful ones. I help students use their strengths to break through barriers that may seem overwhelming at times.
