Reaching and Teaching Neurodivergent Learners in the Workplace

Fitting into a new workplace is hard. What are the expectations? Am I living up to those expectations? How do I manage my time at work and still have a life?

In my coaching, I help employees communicate effectively with managers to seek and clarify expectations and performance feedback, prioritize tasks during crunch periods, and take advantage of “down time” to restore and prepare.

I also help my clients observe patterns in their behaviors to build up the helpful habits and learn how to work around some of the less helpful ones. I help folks see their talents and use their strengths to break through any barriers that may seem overwhelming at times.
